Return and Refund Policy

Items may be returned to Bhovmckp within 30 days of receipt.

Return conditions are as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase

Item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received

Original packaging required

Original receipt required

Gift cards are not returnable

Please Note:

Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges for your original order are non-refundable unless there is a shipping error on our part.

All items returned under the "Free Shipping" offer will be refunded less the original shipping and restocking fees.

Items should be properly packaged to ensure they are adequately protected when returned to us.

Refused Items:

Refused items will be refunded less the original shipping and restocking fees.

Late Returns:

Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment requires prior authorization and will be subject to an additional restocking fee.

Exchanges:

There is no restocking fee for exchanged items. However, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Items:

If the item you received is incorrect or damaged in shipping, please report it to us immediately by calling +1 248-660-0818. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Failure to follow this process may result in delays and fees.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, the purchaser will be notified of the return and receive a refund.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your return is over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the status of your return. Your credit card or original payment method will be charged within 24-48 hours.

We are not responsible for printing or order processing errors. Images may sometimes differ slightly from the actual product.
